The Typical Americun Wahman Arrogance On Full Display

In response to my “I’m looking at buying an apartment in Ukraine” email the other day, a typical American girl, named Caroline, responded with the below nonsense…

“People try and get citizenship in the United States to get out of there; and you actually want to buy something there?

Seriously?

You are in trouble Kyle.”

Look, maybe she was trying to be funny with the whole “you’re in Trouble Kyle” thing, but I doubt it. It just reeked of the typical American arrogance.

Yes, of course people are trying to get out of here.

Just like every other country.

And, just like how Americans are trying to get out of the USA…

Everyone has a reason.

But, that’s besides the point. The point is that, even if I did buy something here and hated the place, it would still be a reasonably solid real estate investment. It’s a huge country, with a large population, that is for the most part up and coming, and becoming rapidly westernized. Sure, there’s a risk, always is, but for the most part, the fundamentals are pretty solid.

I won’t lie though, that email pissed me off.

I’d bet a new apartment Caroline has never stepped foot in Ukraine, much less any real Eastern European country.

She’s your typical Americun wahman.

Anyways, I’m showing this email as a way of illustrating what many people in the States think of “poor countries” because they have no idea. They have no idea the beauty of a solid culture, family values, good food, reasonable cost of living, etc. all can provide. Especially if you’re a man in the States, and your only choices are chicks like Caroline (yuck).

Now, to the pitch:

This weekend, and this weekend only, I’m selling Pro Niche Site at the same price it’s been at for the last year or so. I’m also closing enrollment on summer and the start of fall.

Reason why is simple:

I’m trying to go more and more “off the grid” you could say; i.e. building more niche sites myself. You know, passive income that comes in while I sleep, so that I can keep moving forward with bigger investments, such as this real estate purchase, and some other ideas I have.

Moving forward, I will be raising the price of entry, and I don’t know exactly when I’ll open the doors again, because I want to dedicate the next few months towards building some more sites out.

I also have another idea I’m moving forward with, which is selling more-complete (as in, 20+ articles done and published) sites for a higher price. I’m working with a partner on this, and it might be available in the next month or so. I would give the PNS course with that purchase – it makes sense to.

But, point is, after Sunday night, this offer is no longer available. The enrollment period will be over and the next time ’round the price will be higher.

So, if you’re looking to get out of America, and looking to see the world and get away from girls like Caroline, head on over to:

Yep, I’ve seen this myself multiple times. I remember coworkers or people like that saying things like how Colombia is so dangerous or yada yada yada.

That’s one of the first times I realized how sheltered Americans are and these same people have no idea what they’re talking about! In fact, after visiting a number of countries I had to admit my own shortcomings about it, too.

In the instances I mentioned, people were too scared to try, though of course they wouldn’t admit it.
