Why You Need to Upgrade Your (Night)life

Exclusivity is always going to be the name of the game. As I write this from a cafe in Wroclaw, Poland (the first European city I ever came to), I realize now that if you want to continue to seek you must seek new destinations.

You must seek exclusivity.

Why do guys go to places like Wroclaw?

For pretty Polish girls and vodka, of course. At least that’s what I’ve been telling my student this long weekend to say. But, things have changed drastically since 2014.

In 2014, on a weekend night, I walked into a club with a friend. We were the only guys in there, and we were surrounded by 20 girls. Nearly all of them had dresses and heels on. This weekend, I walked into a club and there were 10 guys for every girl.

What’s changed?

Well, girls are going out less now, that’s for sure. The explosion of the online dating game has changed this drastically. Now, you can use a nightclub as an excellent measure of how healthy a marketplace is.

If girls have to go out to meet a guy, that’s great for guys. And actually, it’s great for girls – it keeps the ego reasonably in check. Nowadays though, a girl gets all of the options she could ever need (and a lot more) from her smartphone.

Now, I can sit here and complain about that – but after this sentence I’m not going to: yes, it sucks, but that’s life and you move forward.

How though?

You seek the places that are more exclusive.

Too many guys have an abundance mindset with women (or at least they preach it). But yet, they don’t have that same abundance mindset about money. I realize now, I used to be one of those guys.

$10 cover?

Too expensive.

Drinks that are 25% more than the “usual” places?

No longer, and I’ve been realizing this for a while now. I’d much rather pay the extra fees and be part of the exclusive crowd rather than the low-end.

Stupid amounts of passive income in your bank account will do that to you.

And what do girls want?

Well, girls want a winner. So, provided they can get into the high-end venues (which quality girls always will find a way), they go there.

And they wait for the winners. So the simple solution to the problem of, “ABC place is overrun!” is to simply move up in life.

So the next time you’re out and you’re bitching about a $10 cover charge, maybe re-think that philosophy. $10 is all that’s standing in the way of you and meeting the top girls that only the top guys have access to.

Everybody else is behind.

And if you don’t have $10?

Well, it’s time to increase the money abundance in addition to women.

And until you do, the world will just keep getting tougher.

Where do you see this going in the long-run? Less girls are going out in favor of impersonal attention on their phone…

I think eventually guys are going to start wising up and either upgrading their life or simply just forgoing nightlife altogether.

Dating as a whole may become more social-based or status-based, which is not a totally bad thing IMO.
