The Journey That Should Never End For You

Online Business

A wise man told me last year:

“Life is a never ending journey of learning.”

So I’ve made it a point to read one book a week this year. I was always an avid reader growing up, but definitely lost it over the years with all the moving around and my hatred of reading on my phone or tablet.

But I was gifted a Kindle for Christmas and it’s been a joy so far.

So in the first week, I read Pat Flynn’s Will It Fly – about verifying and then launching your business idea.

It’s a great read if you’re a beginner to online biz. I wouldn’t recommend it for the more advanced folks – a lot of it is stuff you’ll likely know. For me personally, the chapter I got almost all the value from was the final chapters about the actual validation.

Not all the coming up with ideas advice before it.

I gots me enough of those already (stay tuned).

More:

I’m about halfway through Lenin’s Tomb, a benemoth about the fall of the Soviet Union. Communism in particular has fascinated me in recent months, since it seems many in my home state of California are actively trying to bring it back.

Side note, I’m not joking about this. I’ll have to do some more writing about it in the future. But after spending the holidays in California, and having to listen to way too much yammering on from various people about “sharing the wealth” and other bullshit, it’s worth discussing.

You are what you make yourself.

Next in the “biz” pipeline:

I’m about a third of the way through Ben Settle’s Crypto Copywriting guide (short read).

The one thing I don’t really have on my to-read list this year is anything about girls and game. At the moment, I’m pretty content with where that part of my life has settled. But, handling that many years ago was a huge stepping stone to the success of my current business.

The way I look at it:

If I didn’t have the frame and strength to be able to give girls my blog, with all my past on full display, and be able to hit the right emotional buttons so they not only can tolerate it but are turned on by it…

Then my website, this email list, podcast, etc. wouldn’t exist like it currently does.

And what a shame that would be.

In any case, if you’re looking for a quick, fun, easy, and yet incredibly easy to implement way of handling girls, then my book “King’s Code” might do the trick for you:
