There is a rule to using Tinder in Ukraine, though. And that rule is you should always be the reacher. There is a double meaning to that.
First off, you should reach for a higher value girl than you think you can score.
I am talking above your usual standards, even women that seem ridiculously out of your league. That is because your league is adjusted to Western standards and also because there is a certain degree of desperation that comes with using Tinder as a Ukrainian girl. I’m not saying that’s the case for all, but it is for most. Take advantage of it and be the reacher in the relationship.
Secondly, you should be the one that initiates first.
Ukrainian women will not text you first.
Not on Tinder, not on Facebook, not on Whatsapp or whatever other messaging apps you are using.
Premium dating sites like Ukraine Date and Anastasia Date are a bit of an exception to that. When on Tinder, however, you should always be the one who takes initiative. Otherwise, you will not be getting the best girls.

Tinder has fallen off quite a bit in Ukraine. Unfortunately, with all the new worldwide passport features, and Ukrainian women being some of, if not the most, beautiful women in the world…
It means that tons of guys from around the globe are now hitting up the Ukrainian girls on Tinder, flooding the marketplace.
Remember, girls are always going to want to talk to and date with the best man that their beauty allows them to get. The problem is that with dating apps like Tinder, there’s always another guy who could be better. It results in girls being more flaky, having more attitude, and generally just being more entitled.
Yes, Tinder can still be effective, but it’s time to face the facts — it’s simply not as good as it used to be.
Update, October 2019 – Sugar Dating In Ukraine
Unfortunately, sites like Seeking Arrangement have also risen in popularity here in Ukraine.
If you’re not familiar with what they are, it simply means that girls go on a dating site with the pure intention of finding a sugar daddy; i.e. someone to pay the bills.
The “arrangements” can vary from person to person, but usually it involves some sort of paying to play — meaning prostitution, but on a lower scale. Most people who partake in this kind of dating are in some sort of denial with themselves. The girls say they are looking for a real connection, the guys say they are looking to spoil someone. The only difference is that there isn’t a wad of cash followed by the deed. Instead they go out to dinner, take trips, and do stuff normal couples do — and add the envelope of cash to it.
As far as we know, there aren’t any dating sites in Ukraine dedicated purely to these kind of arrangements.
Simply put, the really rich Ukrainians and oligarchs don’t need these kind of arrangements. They speak the local language, have a wife and kids, and arrange with mistresses on the side the old fashion way.
Doubtful you will find any young and not-rich Ukrainian guys on these sites, either. Just doesn’t make sense for them, as there are plenty of Ukrainian dating sites that offer them better options, plus they have local connections.
No, the sugar dating sites in Ukraine are pretty much just foreigners hitting on Ukrainian girls. Some of them are likely truly wealthy, others are liking faking it, meaning they make maybe $100,000 a year, but that’s a lot for Ukraine.
This also has the downside of making the dating scene overall worse, but it’s something to keep in mind as you’re dating in Ukraine.
